GET IN TOUCH

Text, email, or call. Whichever suits you.

WHAT TO SEND

TELL ME THREE THINGS

You do not need to write much. Just send me what needs photographing, where it is, and roughly when you need it. That is enough for me to give you a price.

If it is unusual, or you are not sure it is something I do, ask anyway. I would rather tell you honestly than have you wonder.

RESPONSE TIME

WHEN YOU WILL HEAR BACK

Usually within a few hours, and always within 48. Most messages get answered a good deal sooner than that.

You will get a fixed price in writing, with the number of photos, when they arrive, and what you can do with them. Nothing gets added later.

SERVICE AREA

WHERE I WORK

I cover all of New Jersey, and I come to you.

There is no travel fee across Monmouth, Ocean, Middlesex and Somerset counties, which takes in Marlboro, Holmdel, Colts Neck, Rumson, Middletown and Red Bank, along with Edison, Old Bridge, East Brunswick, Woodbridge and Metuchen, and out to Bridgewater, Basking Ridge, Toms River and Brick.

Everywhere else in New Jersey is covered with a flat travel fee, including Princeton and West Windsor, and I work in New York City and Philadelphia too. Every fee is published on the pricing page rather than quoted case by case, so there are no surprises on the invoice.

MAIL IN

SENDING ME A WATCH OR A PRODUCT

This one works differently. You post the piece to me from anywhere in the country, so there is no travel fee and no distance limit.

It is photographed within three business days of arriving and comes back insured in the box it came in. Message me first and I will send you the address and tell you how to pack it.

BEFORE YOU BOOK

HAPPY TO TALK FIRST

If you are booking a wedding or a large event, you are welcome to call me or meet before anything is agreed.

Handing that day to someone you have never spoken to is a lot to ask, and a short conversation usually settles it either way.

QUESTIONS

BEFORE YOU MESSAGE

How quickly do you reply?
Usually within a few hours. Always within 48, including weekends. If something is urgent, say so in the message and I will prioritise it.
Do you charge for a quote?
No. Quotes are free and there is no obligation. You will get a fixed price in writing with the image count, the turnaround and the licence spelled out, and you can walk away from it.
Can I call you instead of texting?
Yes, calls are welcome on the same number. Texting tends to be faster simply because I am often on a shoot and cannot pick up, but leave a message and I will call back.
Do you reply even if you cannot take the job?
Always. If the date is gone or the job is not something I do well, I will tell you rather than leave you waiting, and where I can I will point you toward someone who is a better fit.
Can I meet you before I book?
Yes. For weddings and large events I would encourage it. A phone call or a short meeting before anything is agreed costs nothing and usually settles whether we are a good fit.
What should I send if my job is unusual?
Just describe it plainly, and a photograph of the thing helps enormously. If it is outside what I normally do I will say so honestly rather than take on something I would do badly.
Do I have to text, or is email fine?
Either works and both reach me. Text is usually quicker for a short question, and email suits longer briefs or anything with attachments.
Can I book on behalf of somebody else?
Yes, and it happens often with gifts, family events and company bookings. I will just need a contact for whoever will be there on the day, and the invoice goes to whoever is paying.
READY WHEN YOU ARE

SEND ME A MESSAGE

The what, the where and the when. That is all I need to send you a price.
