Campus photography in New Jersey starts at $450 for one hour, $750 for two and $1,100 for up to four. Rutgers New Brunswick, Monmouth University, Middlesex College, Brookdale and Georgian Court carry no travel fee at all, and every other campus has a flat published fee.

Rutgers New Brunswick, Monmouth University, Middlesex College, Brookdale, Georgian Court, Ocean County College and Raritan Valley all sit inside the four counties I cover free of charge.
Princeton, TCNJ and Rider are a hundred dollars. Drew, Fairleigh Dickinson Florham, Seton Hall, Montclair State, Kean, Caldwell and Bloomfield are a hundred and fifty. Stevens, Saint Peter's, NJIT, Rutgers Newark, Ramapo, William Paterson and Felician are two hundred. Every one of those is charged once for the visit, not by the hour.

Any part of an hour counts as a full hour. Invoiced to the department or the university, with half up front holding the date. Photographs arrive within five to seven business days and are yours to use on the website, in the prospectus and anywhere else, for as long as you like.
Nearly every ceremony in the state lands inside the same few weeks, and once a day is taken there is no alternative date to move to.
If you know your ceremony date, book it months ahead rather than weeks. The same applies to formals in the spring and to homecoming in the autumn, both of which cluster hard.
I work alone, with no assistants and no second photographer, which suits almost every campus booking. It does not suit a ceremony needing two cameras in two halls at once, and I will say so rather than take it.
