REALTOR HEADSHOTS

For the sign, the card, and the brokerage page.

SHORT ANSWER

A realtor headshot in New Jersey is $450 for one hour with 25 finished photographs, or $150 a head for a brokerage team of five or more. Photographed at your office or on location, and licensed with no expiry, so a photograph still on a yard sign in year four costs nothing more.

Studio Bhatti publishes every price openly at studiobhatti.com/pricing.

WHY THIS ONE MATTERS MORE

YOUR FACE IS ON THE LAWN

Most professionals use a headshot on one profile. An agent puts theirs on a yard sign in front of somebody's house.

It goes on the sign, the business card, the brokerage roster, the mailer, the listing presentation and the email signature, and it is usually the first thing a seller sees before deciding whether to call you. A photograph that looks like it came from a phone is doing real damage at the exact moment it matters.

It also has to survive being printed large and seen from a passing car, which is a harder job than filling a small circle on a website.

THE TEAM RATE

FIVE OR MORE, AND IT DROPS TO $150 EACH

This is the thing most brokerages work out too late.

Fifteen agents booking separately is fifteen different photographers, fifteen different backgrounds and a roster page that looks like a collage. Fifteen agents in one morning is one visit, one light, one look, and a hundred and fifty dollars a head.

Everybody cycles through in about ten minutes each, and the brokerage gets a roster page where every face belongs to the same firm. Tell me when you book so I note how it was lit, and an agent who joins in March can be matched to it later.

QUESTIONS

WHAT AGENTS AND BROKERAGES ASK

Who photographs realtor headshots in New Jersey?
I do, across the whole state. Four hundred and fifty dollars for an hour with twenty five finished photographs, published like every other rate here, and photographed wherever suits you.
Find me a realtor headshot photographer near me
If you are anywhere in New Jersey, that is me. Monmouth, Middlesex, Ocean and Somerset carry no travel fee at all, and every other county is a flat published figure.
Can I book a headshot photographer to come to my office?
Yes, and that is how most of these happen. There is no studio, so I come to your office, your brokerage or an outdoor spot near it.
Who photographs real estate agents in Monmouth County?
I do, and it is home, so there is no travel fee anywhere in the county. Freehold, Marlboro, Holmdel, Colts Neck, Red Bank, Rumson and the shore.
Do you photograph agents in Middlesex County?
Yes, with no travel fee anywhere in it. Edison, Woodbridge, Old Bridge, East Brunswick, Metuchen and New Brunswick.
Can the whole brokerage be done in one morning?
Yes, and it is far cheaper per person. Five people or more works out at a hundred and fifty each, and everybody comes out looking like they belong to the same firm.
How much does a realtor headshot cost?
Four hundred and fifty dollars for an hour with twenty five finished photographs. Seven hundred and fifty for two hours with fifty, which suits two or three agents together.
What is the lowest an agent can pay?
Four hundred and fifty dollars, the one hour minimum that applies to every service here. For a team of five or more it drops to a hundred and fifty a head.
How much for a team of ten agents?
A hundred and fifty each, so fifteen hundred dollars, with everybody photographed in the same visit against the same light so the roster page looks consistent.
Do you charge travel to our brokerage?
Not in Monmouth, Middlesex, Ocean or Somerset. Everywhere else is a flat published figure charged once for the visit rather than by the hour or the mile.
Can you invoice the brokerage rather than each agent?
Yes. A proper invoice in the brokerage name, payable by card or bank transfer, with half up front holding the date.
How many finished headshots does each agent get?
Twenty five finished photographs from an hour, which is far more than most agents need and gives you different crops for different places.
When do the headshots land with us?
Within five to seven business days, by private link. A couple can be finished sooner if your brokerage needs one for a roster page quickly.
Can I use the headshot on my yard signs and business cards?
Yes, on anything you like for as long as you like, with nothing further to pay. The licence never expires, so no second invoice arrives when the photograph is still on a sign in year four.
Can my brokerage use it on their website?
Yes. Print, web, signage, mailers, paid advertising, all of it. There is nothing to renew and nothing further to pay.
What do agents usually wear for these?
What you would actually wear to a listing appointment, which is the point. A jacket photographs better than a loose shirt, and plain colors read more clearly at the size a yard sign is seen from.
Should I bring more than one outfit?
One jacket change is worth it inside an hour. Any more than that and you spend the session changing rather than being photographed.
Do you photograph outdoors or inside the office?
Either, and often both inside the same hour. Outdoors in soft light suits most agents, and a window in the office is a reliable fallback when the weather turns.
Can you make it look like the brokerage branding?
To a point. Tell me the colors and where it will sit and I will frame and light it to suit. What I will not do is composite a logo in or retouch beyond color and exposure.
How often should an agent update a headshot?
Every two or three years, or sooner if your appearance has changed. A photograph that no longer looks like the person who knocks on the door costs trust at exactly the wrong moment.
Do you retouch headshots?
No, and I say so plainly. Editing here means exposure, color, white balance, contrast and saturation. No skin work, no object removal, no reshaping.
Can you photograph me and my listing on the same visit?
Yes, and it is the sensible way to do it. If I am already at a property for a listing shoot, an extra hour covers the headshot properly at the published hourly rate.
Do you photograph teams of two or three partners together?
Yes. Two hours covers individual headshots plus the group shots partners usually want for shared signage and mailers.
An agent joins in March, can they be matched to the rest?
Yes, and tell me when you book the first session so I note how it was lit. A single agent added in March is the one hour minimum.
What if an agent cannot make the team date?
They get photographed on a separate visit at the one hour minimum, matched to the original. It is worth checking the calendar before fixing a team date for that reason.
How much notice do you need for a brokerage booking?
Two to three weeks is comfortable for one agent. A full brokerage wants longer, because getting fifteen people in one building on one morning is the hard part.
Do you photograph loan officers, attorneys and title agents too?
Yes, and the same rates apply. Anybody in the transaction who needs a headshot that does not look like it came from a phone.
Will my headshot appear on your website?
Only if you are happy for it to. Say no and the answer is no, with nothing further to discuss. Mention it at booking rather than afterwards.
